SOMA Yoga Club brings traditional Ashtanga yoga online — mindful flow, pranayama and meditation, guided by Kate, a yoga teacher with 20 years of yoga practice. Wherever you live, your mat is your shala.
What you practice
The heart of the club is a steady, breath-led practice. Sessions move between traditional Ashtanga sequences, softer mindful flow, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation — so the practice can meet you on strong days and tired days alike.

If you are in Paris, online practice pairs beautifully with private in-person lessons — learn the method one-to-one, then keep the rhythm at home.
A practice that travels with you
Ashtanga was always meant to become a personal practice — the same sequence, unfolding a little differently each morning. An online club keeps that thread unbroken through travel, seasons and life changes. For daily inspiration between practices, visit our daily yoga quotes.
Frequently asked questions
How do the online classes work?
Arrange a private 60-minute Zoom lesson with Kate for €75, in English or Russian. Message Kate on Instagram or email her to agree a time. Patreon and Boosty provide a separate content membership; they are not required for a private lesson.
Are online classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. The practices range from gentle mindful flow to traditional Ashtanga, and you move at your own pace. A private online lesson gives you space to ask questions and work at your own pace.
What do I need to practice at home?
A yoga mat, a small clear space, and a light stomach. No special equipment is required for the online practices.
Is online yoga as effective as studio practice?
A steady home practice is at the heart of the Ashtanga tradition — the method was always meant to become a personal daily practice. Online classes give structure and guidance while you build that rhythm.
